The brief
The Regional Transport Ministers' Conference brought 27 country delegations and 35 ministers to Islamabad for a two-day policy programme, with the Prime Minister as Chief Guest and the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Road Safety on stage. The margin for protocol error was zero.
What we did
- Full conference design for 1,000+ seated delegates
- Four policy panels: road & rail interoperability, border infrastructure, road safety, maritime cooperation
- Multi-agency dignitary coordination across the PM and DPM offices, the Ministry and 27 delegations
- Stage, SMD, simultaneous-interpretation booths, VIP hospitality and a Serena dinner
