The brief

The Government of Punjab's first Transport Expo had to make a 2030 mobility vision tangible, pairing a Cabinet-tier policy programme with a full government-and-commercial exhibition under donor-funded delivery discipline.

What we did

Pakistan Expo Centre venue takeover, stage and audience design
Custom-built exhibitor pavilions with 300 KVA power, 360° branding, P2/P3 LED
Policy sessions on Metro Bus, decarbonisation, road safety and smart ticketing
Security coordination, five-star hospitality and a live portal

Outcomes

20+ global partners, including a World Bank transport specialist
1,100 e-bus electric fleet showcase, Orange Line and metrobus network on display
Inaugurated by the Punjab Transport Minister and the Consul General of China in Lahore
Exhibitor floor across NLC, NESPAK, Norinco, Yutong, FWO and Sazgar
