The brief

The Prime Minister’s Apna Ghar Scheme is the federal government’s national home-ownership programme under the Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation. The programme needed a PM-grade launch at the Prime Minister’s House in Islamabad: a ceremonial moment that framed the policy intent, carried the chief-guest-tier protocol discipline, and placed the first cheques in the hands of beneficiaries on the day.
